Stockyard has again renewed its reputation as Australia’s most awarded beef by winning a gold medal in the wagyu class, and a bronze medal in the MSA grain fed beef categories in this year’s Royal Fine Food awards in Melbourne. Our Stockyard Black label wagyu Striploin was remarked as having “outstanding tenderness and juiciness. Great marbling, excellent presentation. Flavoursome, a delight to eat.” And our Gold label Angus Striploin was noted as having very good marbling and colour, with the tenderness, juiciness and flavor being marked as very good as well.
